RALPH NADER (candidate for President)

MEDEA BENJAMIN (candidate for Senate)

REBECCA KAPLAN (candidate for Oakland City Council)

along with local activists who are working on campaign finance reform, tenants rights, and environmental justice, to speak at this event in Oakland, which will be Ralph Nader's first public appearance as the official presidential nominee of the Green Party.

MONDAY JUNE 26th, 2000

Sweet's Ballroom, 1933 Broadway, Oakland (at 19th St BART)

Program 7pm - 9pm
followed by time for socializing, dancing, snacks, etc. (space closes at 11pm)

Sliding scale contribution of $5 - $50

This will be Ralph Nader's main public event for northern California for
this time period, so please come, bring your friends, neighbors, and
colleagues, and come help us have a successful launch to campaign 2000!
