Files Petition With the
Food and Drug Administration

Submitting Comments to the FDA

Please read the petition, which was accepted by the FDA in May 1999. Per a letter from the FDA, the petition is still open so you can still submit your comments and documentation in support of having a warning label on "Eternity eau de parfum," by Calvin Klein. Eternity is a musk-like scent

To support the petition, you must submit your comments to the FDA. Be sure to put the docket number on your correspondence so that it will be attached to the right documents. Comments become a part of public record. Anonymous comments will not be accepted.
